THE RIGHT APPROACH TO HEALTH CARE
The industrialization of medicine has led to decreasing quality, poor patient satisfaction, physician burn-out, and many medical offices struggling financially. On the ground of this shift, Dr. Hendry Pascual created “PassQual, Inc.”, a community-driven, hybrid (virtual and physical) medical practice to make a positive impact in people’s lives by enhancing their well-being through open and continuous innovation.

At PassQual Health we are passionate about spending the appropriate amount of time with each patient, enough time to allow us to better understand and treat not only their physical/medical problem(s) but the interdependent psycho-social and lifestyle choices (i.e. diet, exercise, life stressors, sleep habits) – and we keep this tenet at the forefront of every decision to optimize the practice, and more importantly to satisfy our patient’s needs.

Who am I as a Clinician? I am a well-respected, team-oriented, and highly motivated physician committed to helping individuals, families, and their communities escalate to an unparalleled stratum of life.
And how about as a Leader? I am a collaborative, strategic executor of an integrated healthcare system, with superior innovational skills to improve the quality of care across the continuum.
I consider myself a life-long learner who has been cultivating values besides boosting my knowledge ‐ boundless. As a forward-thinking doctorpreneur, I quickly adapt and align with any environment to achieve common goals.
Specific fields of interest include leadership, clinical care, mentorship, and digital medicine. Bilingual as a plus!
DR. Arlenis Barroso
Aesthetic Medicine - Women Health
Experienced Clinician with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Strong healthcare services professional, board-certified in Family Medicine focused on Wholistic Care. Skilled in disease prevention and health promotion, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, follow-up, and supervise the provision of evidence-based diagnosis and continuous clinical management.
Every patient and their family are different, with their own unique needs. Dr. Barroso’s career goal is to build trust as a key foundation of any patient-provider relationship. “Patients trusting their doctors’ skill and judgment will allow us to deeply care and formulate individual plans to help each and every one of our patients to achieve the best outcome possible”. Passionate about holistic care, aesthetic medicine, women’s health, and innovation. Bilingual is a Plus!
DR. Martha Garcia
ARNP
Martha Garcias, ARNP obtained her medical degree and began practicing in her hometown in Havana, Cuba. She practiced General Medicine for 10 years and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for the subsequent 7 years before coming to the U.S. In Miami, she started practicing as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on hospice care, and worked in the field for more than 3 years. With the goal of furthering her knowledge and improving patient care, she continued her education and later started practicing Family Medicine as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Martha is a skilled and hardworking person with great interprofessional skills and is always willing to provide the best patient-provider relationships. She prioritizes her patients and provides the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatment plans to improve healthcare quality. She has great patient-centered communication skills, is able to multitask, and has good teamwork. She’s also bilingual, which is a great benefit for her community. Her goal is to continue developing her skills in the medical field and improve the health quality of her patients.

Juan is our clinical assistant who is responsible for assisting our clinical professional team with day-to-day clinical tasks at PassQual Health.
